Six regional offices employ 18 fulltime crowd management and guest services executives and managers as well as more than 3,000 permanent part-time ambassadors. Each region maintains an ample, well-trained staff that is ready to respond to the region’s facility and event needs for guest services, crowd management, parking and traffic, and ticket taking and selling. With additional crew offices in several cities, Starplex CMS can transfer staff, supervisors, equipment and seasoned managers to assist local crews on unusually large or potentially troublesome events. Starplex is the only provider of crowd management services that has multiple Northwest offices and can move trained staff around the region as needed.
