Oregon

The Oregon region maintains two crew operation officers, one in Portland and one in Eugene, both of which are responsible for the wide range of events throughout the entire state and in Southwest Washington. Our single largest service partner is the University of Oregon who we have served since 1981. Our football games require over 400 ambassadors to manage traffic and parking/entry inspections, admission, field protection, suite services, and all crowd management at Autzen Stadium. We also manage their and mens and womens basketball, volleyball, track and field, and a variety of concerts and special events.

The Oregon region is also responsible for the coordination of the Alaska State Fair in Palmer, Alaska, and the Tanana Valley State Fair in Fairbanks. Each year we make the necessary pre-event preparation, communicate staffing needs with all regional offices, and coordinate the Alaska Ambassador scheduler for both annual fairs.
