Special Events
Starplex/Crowd Management Services provides guest services, crowd management, and parking and traffic to many of the Northwest’s largest special events. Some of these events include:

- Taste of Tacoma – Tacoma, Washington
- Washougal Motor cross – Washougal, Washington
- Tri City Boat Races – Tri Cities, Washington
- Omak Stampede – Omak, Washington
- Wyoming Rodeo - Wyoming
- Art In The Vineyard – Eugene, Oregon
- Oregon Dune Fest- Winchester Bay, Oregon
- Chataqua Days- Chewelah, Washington
- Hot Rod Run – Post Falls, Idaho
Our Oregon Division is unique to our company in the fact that they service many large outdoor events. All of these events are held annually, as opposed to our year around venues. Many of the special events we provide services for are long standing events that attract thousands of people each year. Starplex/Crowd Management Services works closely with each event, attending event specific meetings, training with each events management, and the volunteers that may assist as well. Communication is crucial to each events success. Starplex maintains communication throughout these events with Base staff and management providing operational updates to the event’s management on a continual basis.
Most of these events are multiple day events and are community inspired events. Starplex/Crowd Management Services understands local ownership and prepares our staff to welcome each community with exceptional guest services. It is because of our Guest Service programs which have allowed Starplex/Crowd Management Services to be able to maintain longstanding relationships with these clients.
Another service Starplex/Crowd Management Services provides is event training for volunteers. Starplex/Crowd Management Services understands the budget challenges some of these events face and realizes many rely on volunteers to be successful. As your service partner, Starplex/Crowd Management Service is available to provide the necessary training to your volunteers.
