Opera Houses
Starplex Corporation has provided services to the Spokane Opera House and Seattle’s McCaw Hall. Both of these facilities play host to events such as symphonies, ballets, dance recitals, Broadway shows, as well as contemporary, country, and Rock ‘n’ Roll shows.
Exceptional guest services are in very high demand at these facilities. The fan base is often very intellectual, and can be very demanding. The image and dress attire that our staff presents are very important to assure professionalism.
The ticket price is generally higher than Arena events and many guests who attend expect the service to increase with the price. Starplex Corporation works diligently with facility management to ensure the staff members are properly trained, possess the correct guest services skills, and are knowledgeable about the venue and its policies and procedures.
The Opera House facilities require staff experienced in assisting the elderly and physically challenged, who often times need assistance throughout the ingress and egress process of an event. Part of this responsibility includes being properly trained on issuing out listening devices, and being able to explain its functionality to our guests. Our staff members are also trained to assist with event First Aid issues should the need arise.
