Stadiums

Starplex/Crowd Management Services provides services to many of the Northwest’s premier football stadiums. These facilities include:

  • University of Oregon- Autzen Stadium
  • Oregon State University - Reser Stadium
  • Washington State University- Martin Stadium
  • University of Montana - Washington Grizzly Stadium
  • Montana State University –Martel Field
  • Eastern Washington University- Woodward Field
  • High School Football – Spokane’s Joe Albi Stadium
  • Pacific University - Oregon

Starplex/Crowd Management Services provides a variety of services for each venue, which can include: Guest Services, Crowd Management, Progard Uniform Security, traffic, parking, ticket selling and ticket taking. Staffing levels may range from 30 at high school football to over 400 at the University of Oregon. At each of these venues Starplex/Crowd Management Services becomes part of the facilities operations. For instance, the University of Oregon has contracted Starplex/Crowd Management Services since 1980 and Washington State University has been a service partner since 1982.

Starplex/Crowd Management Services maintains a strong relationship with law enforcement at each stadium, providing support with enforcement of the local policies and procedures. Starplex/Crowd Management Services becomes an integral asset of the operation, providing large numbers of trained staff, to create a safe environment for the overall success of the event.

Football Games attract a very challenging fan base. Often times, alcohol consumption adds to those challenges. Starplex/Crowd Management Services provides staff trained in TEAM (Techniques for Effective Alcohol Management) and on our own beverage enforcement program. Underage drinking and the contributing to minors are some of the issues dealt with at these events. Other challenges include: clearing aisle ways, adults mixing with students, fans rushing the field and locker room security. Together with facility management and law enforcement, Starplex/Crowd Management Services is able to limit the exposure of these incidents by creating deterrents and by being very visible to the guests.
