Starplex Corporation,
or as many refer us to “CMS” provides Crowd
Management Services for your entire event needs.
These Ambassadors are experienced in managing
crowds with additional training given to them,
as compared to the Guest Services Division.
This training allows for handling crowds rushing
aisle ways, handling disturbances, enforcement
of clients’ rules and regulations, public safety
inspections, alcohol enforcement, front of stage
mosh pit techniques, evictions of guests and
report writing.
The ambassadors chosen
for specific assignments in the crowd division
must possess strong verbal communication skills.
Some positions require the ambassadors to be
larger in height and strength because they will
be the ones interacting with guests violating
rules or who may need assistance over front
of stage barricades. These ambassadors are carefully
chosen by management and strategically positioned
based on their overall skills.
There are many operational
duties that crowd management and event staff
do that goes unnoticed by the guests. Conflict
resolution, removing disturbances or crowd unrest
away from the crowds view, shutting down aisle
ways closest to the stage, as well as many others
will facilitate efficient crowd management for
your events. Our experienced ambassadors work
within an event to carry out our techniques
while providing continuing on the job training
for staff in need of training.
Crowd management staff
is the most viewed and critiqued division of
Starplex Corporation or any facility staff.
The clients, promoters and guests watch them
closely on how they interact with the guest
and how they problem solve. The Starplex Corporation
management works directly with its supervisors
to ensure the success of this division.
The crowd management
staff has the opportunity to work varieties
of concerts and special events for Starplex
Corporation. Because we are the largest crowd
management/guest services company in the Northwest
we are able to offer year around events throughout
our five regions.
Our
staff is carefully selected, trained, and informed
of the needs of each event. The skills, dedication,
and leadership of our Supervisory staff are second
to none.
Starplex
Corporation has the ability to design and develop
a complete and detailed Emergency Procedures Plan
for each specific facility which we serve. This
plan coordinates all public safety and emergency
agencies into one cooperative plan.

to an event. The staff is efficiently trained
in crowd management and is selected by local
management to fit the event’s needs.
