Starplex Crowd Management Services is always looking for new ambassadors who want to become part of our growing team. Employment opportunities are available year-round at Starplex CMS’s six regional offices in the Northwest. Most positions are part-time with assignments in the evenings and on weekends, making it ideal even for people who work or go to school full-time.

Qualifications
To assure our clients and their guests that Crowd Management Services ambassadors and Progard uniformed security personnel will maintain the highest standards, performing their jobs responsibly and exceeding expectations, staff must meet specific requirements.
Employees:
- Are at least 18 years of age with good grooming and personal hygiene habits, projecting a positive image and appearance
- Are available to work evenings and weekends when most events occur
- Readily accept assignments and report for work in a timely manner, performing their jobs cheerfully and responsibly
- Have no felony criminal convictions and no misdemeanor convictions involving violence, theft or dishonesty
- Must be available by phone
- Are high school graduates or have earned a GED
- Are good communicators who speak easily with other people
- Have a friendly and energetic personality

Getting Started
Orientation sessions are conducted region by region and are most frequent in late spring and summer. The next one that’s scheduled in your region is listed below.
You’ll learn about the company, expectations of new ambassadors, the importance of guest satisfaction and what it means to meet or exceed expectations. We’ll describe the various job positions and divisions, our policies and procedures, the rules and regulations we enforce, job safety, guest services standards and the 10-Step Guest Services Protocol. Our supervisory staff will be available to answer your questions.
Bring a valid Washington State ID and Birth Certificate or Social Security Card.

Training
Once your application has been processed and approved, including your background check, you’ll be ready for additional training and assignment as a Starplex CMS Ambassador.
Pay Rates
Pay rates are established by individual regions and are based on job assignment, experience, length of service
and job performance.
Hourly rates generally range from $8.50 to $12. Most positions pay $9 per hour after the new employee has completed probation, and select assignments earn elevated compensation. Supervisory rates range from $10 to $14, depending on position. Montana’s rates differ somewhat due to lower state minimum requirements.
