Services has ten certified traffic and flagging
and operational instructors throughout the Greater
Northwest. These instructors maintain up to
date continuing education to assist developing
qualified traffic/flagging staff. This service
enables Starplex/Crowd Management Services to
provide large crews of certified flaggers to
handle some of the Northwest’s most challenging
special events.

to handle your event traffic and parking needs.
Our Equipment includes: signage, traffic cones,
traffic barricades, banner line, DOT approved
vests, traffic flags, LED wand lights, flares,
portable generator lighting, gator carts and
motorcycles. This allows Starplex/Crowd Management
Services to travel to any Northwest region and
manage any traffic operation for special events.
Starplex/Crowd Management
Services President/CEO offers consultation for
events and fairs in their traffic/parking lot
operations. Jimmie DeLoretto has prepared hundreds
of efficient traffic and parking plans for events
throughout the Northwest. These comprehensive
traffic and parking plans allows venues and
events to maximize parking spaces, create staging
lanes to minimize traffic backups, and allow
for efficient ingress and egress procedures.
For year around venues, Jimmie will work directly
with traffic engineers in your region to ensure
the plan is acceptable to the regional DOT or
Traffic Planners.
