Teamwork and friendship characterize the workforce at Starplex CMS and Progard. Starplex’s “ambassadors” enjoy a casual, but busy work schedule and share a mutual commitment to exceeding expectations – of managers, clients and, most of all, guests of events and venues across the region.

Ambassadors demonstrate that Starplex is a great place to work by their dedication to the company and team. Many have been with the company for more than 20 years! Together, they ensure that Starplex continually strives for and earns recognition as the Northwest’s premier crowd management company.

Trainings

Employees are expected to stay current on policies and techniques, and training sessions are offered region by region. Check with your regional office for the schedule in your area. Sessions usually start at 6:30p.m. and last three to four hours.

Committees

Employee committees give ambassadors the opportunity to contribute ideas and efforts toward ensuring a positive, friendly and productive work environment. Among the committees are:

• Parties and Planning
• Maintaining Policies
• Awards And Recognition

Ambassadors who are interested in serving on a committee are welcome and should advise their supervisors of their interest. Likewise, employees who know of another employee they believe would do a good job can nominate them for a committee position. Supervisors determine and announce committee appointments.
